Murdock prompts viewers to consider the roles we adopt and the societal expectations placed upon us as we transition from playful children to complex adults. His works challenge our perceptions of play, intimacy, and identity, urging the audience to reflect on the boundaries of generative experiences. Murdock, originally from Lancaster, Pennsylvania, has exhibited in prestigious collections across New York, Los Angeles, and Minneapolis, bringing a unique perspective to the Tampa arts scene.
